So finally Government of India on Monday issued a notice to ban 59 Chinese apps in India that are prejudicial to the security of the state and public order.Government has also banned some of the top most used apps like Tiktok,Helo,Xender,etc in order to counter the privacy security.Here is the list of 59 Chinese apps banned in India.

A top official said that the government has considered all the aspects before taking the decision. “These apps have been there for a long time, and there are some privacy and security issues with them including risks of data going out of the country,” said the person who did not wish to be identified.
Press Information Bureau Official Twitter Account Tweeted :-
“Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre sent an exhaustive recommendation for blocking these malicious apps.

has also received many representations raising concerns from citizens regarding security of data and risk to privacy(3/n)”
Government Bans 59 mobile apps
